Creative Director - Consumer Products – Santa Fe Springs

As Director for this upward mobile company - you would lead and generate the identification, design and development of new innovative products for a consumer product company! Must have a creative vision and rely on your extensive experience to help this company grow.
To be considered - top candidates will possess the following:
-10 years experience within a consumer goods market working with high quality products
-A solid track record of success and the ability to think BIG and out of the box along with proven creativity and innovation in the areas of design development and packaging.
-Prior experience working with buyers of mass market retailers is required.
-Understanding of trending and be able to predict style and color trends in mid to mass level markets
-Strong entrepreneurial spirit
-Experience working with Chinese and overseas vendors
-A natural affinity for networking and building strong business relationships.
-Ability to travel overseas as required
